None of those jobs was as much fun as freelance writing and editing. Allen’s numerous feature articles have appeared in several weekly newspapers in the Washington, D.C., area. She also writes for and edits “Talk Loudoun,” a weekly e-zine of business, health and human interest stories. The rest of Allen’s writing time is devoted to fiction – chiefly in the paranormal/horror genre.
